When used with our multi-mode devices the PainPod Foot Pads are designed to provide deep soothing sensations, relieving you from sore, aching and tired feet. Use your Foot Pads in the morning to activate your muscles and in turn boost circulation before you get moving, or after a long day or workout to help your muscles recover.

Please take the time to read this instructions and all other information leaflets included with this device.

Insert the electrode wires into ports 'A' and 'B'and allocate corresponding channel.

Insert one electrode wire prong into each Foot Pad.

Place one foot on each Foot Pad in close proximity but not touching.

Switch on the unit using the 'ON/OFF' switch.

Select the preferred mode and intensity to a comfortable level.

Tips

01 - To help with conductivity and feeling the sensations you can apply pressure onto the Foot Pads.

02 - You can also spray some Perfect Conductor or water on your Foot Pads to help with the conduction and sensations.

• Apply the Foot Pads only to clean feet.
• Do not apply over open wounds or over swollen or infected areas.
• Never use the Foot Pads while driving or sleeping. Always remain seated throughout application.
• The Foot Pads should only be used with PainPod multi-mode devices.
